Normal types are actually my favorite. I wanted to make a Normal Monotype team, but I'm awful when trying to be competitive..

I really like cyberpunk and Porygon's lore fits pretty well into it.

As well as a normal monotype team, I'd say you need at least one Smeargle with baton pass and setup moves.
A Chancey or Blissey with toxic and stalling moves
Pyroar would work since it's normal/fire.
Nearly any bird pokemon
Bibarel
and uhh... Ditto for shits and giggles.

Bibarel is honestly really good and it gives you that water / fire coverage

Otherwise I'd say get a good special attacker and slap fire blast, ice beam, thunderbolt, psychic on it.
Normal types have really high TM compatibility

That's the main reason why I love em - Only one weakness (for the most part) and can learn pretty much any type attack..
