Does not look like I will be getting much sleep tonight. There was a person sat outside for just over an hour blipping there throttle on a suped up car that has only just left. And now a car alarm is sounding.

Both of those problems could be solved with heavy explosives.

Some of my electrical test gear would also solve the problem preeminently.
