Actually that makes lots of sense to me. Although I'd say there's more to wisdom and intelligence than just those.
Intelligence is also the ability to apply knowledge to solve problems, and using context or logical progression to figure things out. I would say.
Wisdom is also knowing how things should be, not just can be. I'd say it has a lot to do with morals and ideology. So it's about our perception of the world and each other.
But I would agree that your statement sounds cool, and is correct at a fundamental level
