Guess you got a point there. Oddly there's no description of what specific places this particular circuit distributes electricity to, so I've just tested my phone recharger on varied sockets at my apartment where I could plug my PC into and found out they all share the same circuit as the one that feeds my freezer.

So it's either the PSU, or the circuit breaker. I'm no electrician, which means I'd have to call one in case of the second option

R0ckwool in part of downstairs in the back ceiling. Nothing in the walls and nothing under the floors. I'm waiting for the weather to cool a bit to tackle it. I plan on reworking the back room, inside and outside walls, and under the house. I'm getting too old for this nonsense. I used to install insulation in my much younger days. At least I have high ceilings downstairs to siphon off the heat. It can get warm upstairs where I sleep though, so I usually close my door and pull outside air in. The window unit will take the place of a fan.

I'll run the heater just enough to keep the pipes from freezing. The heat comes upstairs and I stay quite warm.
Memphis doesn't often get that cold. I've seen winters where it didn't get below 20F.

You blowing your circuit breaker? If they are all on the same circuit, you only have two options. You have to either reduce your load on the circuit by removing stuff, changing bulbs to led, etc. or you can get an electrician to run your refrigerator to a separate circuit.
