I was raised officialy Catholic, but my mother was influenced by New Age, I studied for a short while at an Evangelical school, my father got involved in a Buddhist sect, and later I joined an Episcopal church. Personally, learning about conflicting religious beliefs have made me lean agnostic.
in order to be all powerful or all knowing, all information and matter would have to be in once place. thats the singularity. the singualrity doesnt exist anymore, there's no supreme being.

for me it was just growing up in a religious community. My state is one of the most religious ones in the country so you can't go more than 3 or 4 blocks without seeing a church and considering how I grew up mostly in small towns.

I got exposed to it both directly and indirectly.

So I eventually visited some churches in my teenage years. Trying to understand the point and never really did. I spotted things in said churches that just sorta rubbed me wrong. Be it in the belief systems of the churches I visited or the overall people of said church.

My family though not at all religious so I got to see these groups from a non biased stand point.

I think I only came to be an atheist because at the end of the day even though I find religious beliefs interesting. I find it hard to believe in a God that actually cares for human life especially considering my history.

Because let me tell ya friend... my story is something..

Not only that. But I just never heard a good reason for him to exist in my mind. If he does exist that's cool and I would like to ask a lot of questions but I highly doubt it. I'll be happy to be proven wrong though,

I was mostly raised agnostic. First began as Catholic until I was nearly 5, then my mom became Wiccan after she met my Wiccan stepdad--her new boyfriend at the time--now she is Agnostic for good and I am... unsure? I know the main god exists--called God...and also the Pagan Goddess--I want to fully believe in the other deities above, because I am a "See it and it believe" kind of person and I'm also somewhat sort of open to possibility...If I choose to be.

the time is nigh for your ruler trash cat. the squirrels have thier ivory tower trees full of pecans, but the rats control the streets and you know it. change your allegence now while there is still plenty of gargbage to go around. soon it will all be locked cans, capped dumpsters, and topiary trees. Come now, to the garbage side.

I'm just happy to watch the intense larping from the sidelines. Maybe I can open up bets on who'll win.

I’ve gotta get going in about two hours, my stepdad sprung yet another surprise opportunity to get volunteer hours even though I’m already over 40. The man never asked me if I wanted to but then again he never does.
