Ah, a friend got the 1st volume of the manga from her brother. She also got to see the illustrator make sketches at AX.

Atsushi Ōkubo? That's cool. Although I'll admit openly was never a big fan of his work even with Soul Eater. Seems like a cool dude though.

Actually I think I sorta ruined his work for a friend too by mistake honestly lol. I pointed out some stuff about Fire Force with the character designs and how they are just basically reused designs from characters from Soul Eater. Like for example me and my friend made fun of the fact Tamaki looks so much like Maka

That in all honestly the greatest amount of joy I have gotten is just making fun of the lazyness from Atsushi Ōkubo with my friend.
