Its not the CPU, not the PSU, not the Graphics, not the HDD, it most likely isnt the MOBO, so all i can think of are the ram chips and that your cooling system said fuck it i'll kill myself, do you have an SSD?

If a capacitor on a DC power rail has shorted temporarily removing it may get things going again until a replacement part can be sourced.
