Shit, all i can think of its to let the pc do the automatic repair, even if that leaves your pc with well, nothing, and then use a recovery software and do a full scan of your HDD and see if it can recover something

Then you care not about quality of your food but stuffing your mouth. I would never have cheese on toast without anything less than spring onions, it's so good. And it's like an extra few minutes, tops. Trust me, I'm an expert.

Last thing you do is kill the power while an auto repair is going on.
I have found when Win 10 gets its knickers in a twist the auto repair will fail to finishe what it needs to do a number of times before it finally gets there.
