Well, I think most people already knew for a while now were the mice place their loyalties!
They've been ardent supporters of monarchical oppression for years! (months count as years in LPW time)
Honest Kimber doesn't though, did you know that Kimber donated thousands to the Bare Bottomed Spanking foundation for mischievous furs?
That's right, I've also supported the Stilts for Rodents foundation. Something I'm sure Nelf would appreciate if he were here!
Fur politics? Yeah, that's exactly why I'm a witch. Miss me with that.

I've seen empires rise and fall, people come into power only to later be found dead on their own throne. Politics hold no significance to me.

Mortals always let power go to their heads until they become sick and twisted perversions of their former selves. I advised once, he threatened to have me executed for supposedly "tampering with his mind"

Solution = Just don't become stupidly powerful. I think I'm doing great on that regard!

All this talk of Fur Politics reminds me of the rather concise appraisal of leadership as penned by Douglas Adams.

It goes like this...

"One of the problems - one of the major problems, for there are several - one of the many major problems with governing people is that of whom you get to do it; or rather of who manages to get people to let them do it to them.
To summarise: it is a well known fact, that those people who most want to rule people are, ipso facto, those least suited to do it. To summarise the summary: anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job. To summarise the summary of the summary: people are a problem."
