Oddly, enough.
I'm just a bookworm. I know shocking considering how terrible my fucking writing is lol
I just love books from that era like
Sherlock Holmes by Arthur Conan Doyle
A.J. Raffles by E. W. Hornung (Who was Arthur Conan's Doyle's brother in law and basically just made a thief version of Sherlock Holmes lol)
and before you say it no. That is not where the username Raffles Holmes came from. It actually came from Raffles Holmes & Company by John Kendrick Bangs. But besides the point.
I love the literature from that era. I just think a lot of the writers were fucking amazing.
So that gave me a love for the time period.
PTSD intensifiesI have Dark Souls trilogy character builds experience, does that help?
Thanks, thats better
Then i guess i would have to try D&D to find outNot sure about the dark souls builds. Their stats are a helluva lot different.
I can agree with you there. I still can't forget Wuthering HeightsI love the literature from that era. I just think a lot of the writers were fucking amazing.
It's a fun experience, really let's you express your creative side, just be wary that you play it with some decent people. Then i guess i would have to try D&D to find out

Dont tell me you are a casul, i respect you, but that would destroy itPTSD intensifies
I quite like Edgar Allen Poe's work ^^
I don't mind being bad at dark souls, I'll take it in stride. I'm not a dark souls guy, I'll stick to the games I actually have fun playing without aneurisms.Dont tell me you are a casul, i respect you, but that would destroy it
Fucking love Poe!
My favorite poem from him is "Alone."
It's actually one the few poems I can say word, per word. Everyone goes on and on about the Raven but I find that poem a bit too long for my liking. I usually prefer short poems because they feel more like a kiss in the dark to me than.
Something short and sweet, but you won't be forgetting it anytime soon.
The lack of Dark Souls vets here is most disturbing.
I watched a live performance years ago. The most memorable part was the end of Act I, when the chandelier was going to crash down.A moment to appreciate a classic song.
I spend countless souls getting gear and upgrades, I get the strongest weapon, many estas shards, and items to help. Only to immediately be destroyed in half a second. I try a different strategy, wrecked again. Apply damage boosters, dead. Try blocking, useless. No matter what I do or howmuch I train and show off my skill. EVERYTHING ONE SHOTS ME!!!!! I'm getting a headache just thinking about all the bullshit that happened to me
I started playing D&D when it first came out in the little white box set with the 20 sided die that turned into a marble after a couple of days use because it wasn't high impact. I also knew Gary Gygax as I used to have a hobby shop in the 80s.It's a fun experience, really let's you express your creative side, just be wary that you play it with some decent people.
thats what i meant by upgrades. All this preparation just to get smacked by a golem of corpses or a bunch of gargoyles. I had no trouble with the ruin sentinels or the chariot. But the rotten or the belfry gargoyles... I'm going to crySounds like you're not leveling up your character?
Sounds like you're not leveling up your character? I dunno, not a mind reader, just guessing. I could be totally off base here, but you shouldn't be getting one shot.
Oh I am levelling. Just not very good at dodging.
Plus Red Dead Online is more my speed at the moment. Need to collect those bounties!!
Probably the most known one.
But I love it.
If it helps any, your equipment load has an impact on your ability to dodge roll.
