Oh, yeah....lots going on...no internet at home, so I have been confined to my phone, or using a computer at a nearby library, when it is open....am getting ready to move back up to northern Michigan soon, to where I grew up; so, a huge life change, after some 20 years down here...but you'll see me around. Might be a bit scarce, as it's hard for me, to type onna phone, and also, just all the stuff I gotta do/get ready for!!!!!!!

But will be nice: it's just about 8 miles outside of Traverse City, on a small lake, tucked between two bigger lakes, with Traverse City sitting on a big bay of NW Lake Michigan....and it is very woody, kinda artsy....a sort of smaller version of Burlington, Vermont. Hilly, tons of trees, fresh water, and outdoor activities. And I won't miss the heat down here one bit!!!!! ]

Also, pet skunks are legal in Michigan, weed is also totally legal, too : )

I found a northern Mich furs group on Telegram, and they seem nice; it is odd, though, to see furs talking abut stuff like Hockey, fishing, meets at fairgrounds, what school won the local football game, and kicking around ideas like haunted hayrides at Halloween....I mean...*gasp*...furries doing stuff....in that place called, "outside" :p Well, and all the other stuff furs talk about too.

So...will be me, and two friends, in a house that my folks have, where I grew up, and also, partially built, though now my folks live some 40 miles away, and kinda let this place go a bit: so, will have the place in exchange for taxes/repairs/upkeep....a good deal, all in all...also, I will have to get used to it actually getting cold again.

Well my Skunky Furiend, I wish you all the best up there!! Maybe one day, me and @bhutrflai can journey up there to see some real snow!!! Because we dont get snow much in Georgia!!! *cursed South!!*

You know, it is odd: having grown up in Michigan, I did a lot of fishing, and caught a lot of fish; I love freshwater fish, how sweet and mild they are. And yet...in all my times ice fishing, I never caught a thing! I think it is more an elaborate excuse, to sit outside, and drink and smoke :p

Huh, now I'm also confused!

But am very close to the 45th Parallel!

Though, it gets much colder, where it crosses, here : P

Oh, and have never had AC up there, or felt a need for it, even a window unit : )

But with climate change, it's not been as cold; will be a welcome relief, to how much hotter it's become here, since I moved south. (Maryland)
