I can be a somewhat of a quiet observer.

I find it quite perplexing at times when I'm with other male colleagues/friends when they pass crud remarks and rank women they see out and about as to there attractiveness, and if they would kick them out of bead on a cold morning.

I find this objectification they participate in to be something I find to be distressing.

When I see people I wonder what there like to talk to and what there interest are. Also if there having a good day.

Go to places where you can meet others and be yourself.

Also be polite smile as people are more lightly to be responsive.
