I usually buy a bag of vitamin C drops and start chain eating them. Each one is a daily dose of vitamin C, so I am super overdosing on C. It seems to help. They aren't very expensive.

Tornado warning sirens just went off. I hope we don't lose power.

Severe thunderstorms are just now crossing the river. A confirmed tornado is just north of Memphis. I hope my ex is all right.

Two tornadoes are out there, but are miles away from me. One might have hit my ex's house. I won't know until later. Radar showed it right next to where she lives.
