With them saying the oil is coming from under the water rather than a spill on the surface. It may suggest a tanker that was lost at sea has broken up. Well could be one possibility.

Meh, I don't think it's annoying or anything of that nature. I think Reach out to the truth was done a few too many times in the game. But than again I'm not a big fan of Persona 4's soundtrack.
Persona 3 and 5 have a bit more catchy songs that never outstay their welcome.

I dunno, the more it's cleaned and even the local media celebrates, the more oil appears. One of these days the headlines read "no more traces of oil around Pernambuco's coast" after an aerial inspection, so the users would react by mentioning a bunch of contaminated locations
And I wonder what will be the color of water tomorrow. I mean, if open sewer pipes on the beaches weren't bad enough
