I just barely read a news article where underneath in the comment section a whole lot of people were making fun of a guy they hated for crying.

Not knowing his wife is dying of cancer and that he barely admitted himself to rehab.

Whenever I see something like that... I just need a break from the internet as a whole tbh for awhile. Just disconnect from everything and try to look at the good people in my life more to remind myself...

"Ya know what? There may be shitty people out there. But at least I know a few good here."

So I think disconnecting myself for awhile would do me some good for me.

Processing the internet often requires a large filter in order to maintain one's health. I recommend one with at least 99.9% efficiency at the 0.2 micron level.
