I find it preferable to hot. In the cold you can keep adding clothing to stay warm. In the heat you can only remove so much before the police get involved...

I am totally on board with this. I love dressing in layers and taking a walk around college with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate while feeling the cold breeze greet my face :3

They get brought in to the barns over winter and deep littered. They naturally group together to share body heat. Just have to kept fed enough to have the energy to keep warm.
