It pisses me off because she tells me what to do and I don't even live in the same household as her and she literally has no control over me. My mom won't let me block her because then she'll spam my mom. I am so ticked off right now. I am 16, not 6. I am refusing to deal with her right now. She can kiss my ass.

Kind of shitty of your mom to not let you block your grandma. She's basically forcing you deal with your grandma because she (an adult) can't be bothered to do it herself.
