I was considering a shot or two of tequila before bed but now the thought of food on the floor made me cringe.

It's funny you mention KFC, there's literally: McDonalds, KFC, Carls JR, Jack in the Box, some random cafe, 7-1-1 and a Subway within 3 miles from where I live.
Some of them are open right now (3am PST) but I wouldn't really considering eating at the moment.

Ha! Got Burger King, Carls JR, Mcdonalds, Ikea, Bilka(Bit like Walmart?) a bunch of 7-11s and a mall within a stones throw.. And I live in the suburbs.. xD

Oh shit, forgot about Burger King. We even have two Chinese restaurants (one of which is a buffet), Pizza Plus, Donuts shop, Mexican restaurant. Man that's all that comes to mind right now.

Sounds like your place and I share some similarities. ha ha.
