Ah. I have the same issue. Not as much anymore because now I manage a smaller crew at night I used to be the same way. This is my advice to you. Find just one person you want to know better. Slowly become friends with them. Learn more about them. Then when you can both confidently say that you two are friends, pick another. Rinse and repeat and just go slow. People are scaring and anxiety sucks. just a little step each day in the right direction and soon enough, it'll be a full on Sprint. You got this. I know it's hard. I've been there too. not saying it'll work for you but it's worth a shot. Sorry for the essay. I cut my left thumb pretty deep and I've got it wrapped in Band-Aids so it's useless for texting. My right thumb is sore af but helping is totally worth it gahaga

The hole are about the same size as roosts in a pigeon loft so they became 'Pigeonholes'. So when the mail was sorted each piece was put in its proper hole and not moved until the rightful owner came to claim it. So to Pigeonhole something is to sort it.
(At least that's the best I can do this early in the morning

To pigeonhole a person is to sort them in such a way that they are immobile and unable to move unless very specific conditions are met. it is a negative form of talent management

Pepper was always a butt. tulio definitely kept his attitude and spirit even after he came to America. Sebastian was always an asshole though. But he was the biggest so he was my trail horse.
