Setup.

They failed to successfully set up internet for me.

I think they accidentally labeled my modem as being compatible with voice... but it is not. So comcast's system keeps rejecting it's baseline privacy setup requests.

Tell customer service to put a ticket through to their technician that you don't have just a faulty table, your router has an ARP table issue (your router has been reused and has had so many devices it needs a reset) and you need a technician to either come to your house and reset or remote reset and check the Comcast server. If they are like wtf, over, tell them to put in the ticket and transfer you to a supervisor/manager.
