ADHD is why I'm a good mechanic. Working with my hands keeps me going, though my mind wanders. Put me in an office at a desk, and watch me explode.
And if you can use your dad's tools, that's a huge head start.

As someone with horrid ADHD I can attest to this. Working in an... office of sorts... a lab actually.. I often find myself making mistakes I have to go back and fix because I space out and do the mechanical motions without paying attention.. physical is easy, mental sucks lol. Works fine for most everything.. except data entry >.<
