Yeah.. that's what I was hoping.. been weeks.. maybe months now. I told myself I need to be more social.. seems to have had the opposite effect and now I'm withdrawing more.. oof.

I never found telling myself to be more social actually works either. I think I disappeared for a month or so too while I was sorting out school stuff - I was way too stressed out to be social. I'd say don't push yourself too hard. :)
