Ribbit! I've used a distribution service. There's many options to choose from, like CD Baby, Distrokid, TuneCore; I'm currently getting my tunes on Spotify and other platforms like Deezer/iTunes etc through Landr, which also features a track mastering service. Remember you must own the proper licenses of your music softwares/VSTs before uploading, as they might ask for 'em (they did that to me twice; the first time involved a free for commercial use licensed library I used to compose Xia Yu)

I heard one may now sign up as an artist on Spotify itself and upload tracks directly though? I haven't looked into it yet.
