BMI is really wonky. I remember I was at the doctor's office many years ago. I weighed 202 pounds and I'm 6'1". My doctor told me I was overweight. I was working at a factory that made steel security doors and I moved probably 600 of them every day, hanging them on hooks, painting them, and taking them down. I was ripped. When the doctor told me I was fat, I lifted my shirt and dared him to pinch any fat on me. He tried and couldn't. He told me muscle weighed about 20% more than fat and told me I was in great shape. That was then though and 20 years later, I'm not so ripped, but still not fat. I'm just built like a box. I'm big, square, and muscular still for my age.
