We don't know, yet it's good that we take guesses I think.. In my case, the several times I'd wake up used to happen a lot before my anxiety meds, so I would blame my excessive planning, tons of thinking about future, changing from one activity to another multiple times, living by myself in a repetitive routine and too much screen - be it desktop or PC, because my work and recreation are heavily dependent on it. I wouldn't get what was up with my body discomfort before I went to the doc and be told about psychosomatic symptoms (do I sound too serious saying this with that pfp? ;p)

I do have some anxiety meds. I’ll try to take one before bed tonight and see if that helps. Usually I do talk to myself too much...but that’s where I get all my good story ideas. XD
