Apparently, for 2016, the WHO estimates 41,007 road traffic fatalities in Brazil, which represents 19.7 deaths per 100,000 population
The numbers for the US are 39,888 or 12.4 per 100,000
China has 256,180 or 18.2 per 100,000
Russia comes with 25,969 or 18 per 100,000
Data for Libya appears to have a rather big margin of error and it might range from 1,234 to 2,171; they calculate a rough estimate of 1,645 or 26.1 per 100,000
