Probably unrelated... ... i guess some thermostats can look online but i doubt they use lpw as their inputs

Same. I was persuaded by folks to see someone. Which I have been. And tbh.. It has worked. I feel so much better for it.

For some absurd reason it takes me almost offing myself for my folks for something to realise something is very wrong

It's usually the most obvious way folks see that things have gone pear shaped. I vanished for a day and tried to exit the stage. Folks knew something was up as I had lost my shit pretty badly. Normally I am quite placid. That day I was evil incarnate..

See that wouldn't work with my parents, I've always extremely introverted. I sit up in my room for hours not speaking to any one. I suffer from social anxiety so I can't talk to people face to face easily. Plus constant and incurable paranoia.

I used to suffer alone
