they can improve vision ... or have for me... even though that eye is REALLY bad and the difference is between seeing my hand 4 in from my face or not seeing it when i close my good eye

That sounds like a specific problem with your eye, for the normal near sighted Among Us, eyedrops arent gonna do anything.
