My Japanese teacher called me half an hour earlier today, when I was doing some toilet-related work, to which I responded a few mins later after an extra rush to complete the service. He apologized for having forgotten the schedule, I told him somewhat indirectly what was going on and then he proceeded to start a talk about toilets and pooping. It was amazing and unexpected, I actually had a great time ;p. And he offered to extend the lesson for an extra half hour.

The lessons are always focused on having some chit chat (you know the joke in this context so i'm not gonna make it!), so I get to experience how a Japanese casual conversation goes. My experience so far has been very productive, I find, and it always gets me drawing parallels between both our cultures. And there seem to be more than I had imagined

Not really, but I recall having seen some Yaoi anime :V

We tend to talk more about country particularities. For instance, today he told me about the toilet buttons, including the one that washes your bottom. And then I showed him our hose/mini-showers:
