Because you keep on making these dumb arguments about how something is a rip off meanwhile it's far from that as if the two would go to court the defendant will win as it's all conoletely fair use. If yoh want to see an actual rip off then see bootlegs or the mobile game market where they try to claim games that aren't theurs are theirs as not only do they steal ideas but they use copyrighted characters, music and more to try to make money and try to trick people with naming it something simular. There's a lot of differences between Mario Maker and Little Big Planet compared to something like Mario Maker vs. Super Bros Maker 5.

The two are very different games and don't use the same characters, music, clothes or ect so no it's not a rip off now something like in a photo I'll show is a rip off for very obvious reasons.
