I can't remember to do stuff like that unfortunately. I do try to schedule my stuff, then I just forget the schedule itself. My life is full of doing things at a whim with adhd. Best way to be consistent trying to strike the balanced between under and over stimulation, too much of either is crippling

Well I can't make you do certain things. You just need to find the right way for you.

I have ADHD as well. It's hard to work with sometimes. But I have to hold myself to certain standards.
