I am sorry dear. Social anxiety is a heck.

I had some really bad social anxiety, and I still sorta do. Something that helped was being in a friend group and forcing myself to talk ya know. I learned things and then it helped.

It's the first leap thats the hardest.

I used to, as well. But now I only get anxiety from crowds. Not social anxiety, but stranger anxiety. Otherwise, IDGAF anymore. I is what I is. If you don't like it, go away.
