I mean. I’m down to two ferrets, two cats, two oscar fish, and a hamster.

At my highest point I had 5 aquariums (30 fish/etc total), three ferrets, two cats, 8 mice, a ball python, and a canary.

I had 2 other mice, a fiddler crab, an asian grassland lizard, and a handful of other fish in the middle there.

The old roomie stole the python, a petsitter killed my canary, I rehomed most of the mice, one ferret got old and lost her fight with adrenal disease, one mouse got old, two just had bad health, the lizard got spooked so bad he dropped most of his tail and it got infected, and most the others died because of bad shipments from where I got them from. I no longer trust the pet stores in my area.

Oh. And most of the fish I handed off to my LFS when I moved as I didn’t want to watch all my timid fish I grew die off. I only kept my oscars as they were my favorites.

Having continous nightmares for more than a week now, and tired like usual. But, I think i'm fine. At least my hand is recovering nicely. ^w^

Hey Joni! I'm just doing my morning routine, sitting here having my first coffee and first smoke. About to wake up my daughter for school. I got a long day ahead.

....I still think it’s bullshit how early they make kids wake up for school.

Science says the melatonin doesn’t get out of their systems until 10am and that’s if they go to sleep around 10pm.

So essentially all those early classes? Useless.

Sure adults are fine on 8hours or less of sleep, but kids need around 12 as they are growing. *rantrant*

My kids bus gets here at 5:55am. Takes it an hour to get to the school. We live in tbe "country". I have never made them ride the bus in the morning. If I were to, I would need to get up at 4am. Fuck that! 530 is early enough!

I am breathing. Though I think I never got rid of that bronchitis I had awhile back or I caught something similar just after. Haven’t gotten rid of the coughs for going on two months now? I don’t get the hard rattling though, am out of that amazing inhaler, and have been getting these weird painful bits right before coughing fits. But until my wife gets going on her second job I don’t have spare really to go to a doctor.

... I mean I know if I told her I needed to go she’d pay my copay but I kinda feel enough of a burden at the moment.

I’m just really happy I have been able to earn enough off of commissions to pay a big chunk of my bills.

I used to live in the country too and god we’d have to get up so damned early for the bus...I swear I could have walked in less time. And god forbid if we were inside the house due to weather when the bus started down our street. It would just fly past.

Yet would stop and wait for my cousins the next house over. :/
