I’ve heard it is super helpful. If I could stand the smell I wouldn’t mind trying to get some of the dried plant and just burning a little like I do sage buuuuut.

I like to make cookies too. You can still taste it, but the chocolate helps it go down easier. And oatmeal covers the texture. They're a special occasion thing.

I am bad at sleeping. I’m okay at napping but if she’s gone I’m almost always unable to sleep.

She was gone a few days once and I had a sleep deprived meltdown the day before she came home and I still regret it.

Unfortunately, I've been there too. And totally the same on napping vs sleeping w/o Okami. Absolutely sucks.

I feel you, Sky! Bhutrflai went on a cruise for school credit. Longest nine days of my life!! Her MOM thought I was nuts! It was when Tove Louves song Habits came out. I had a breakdown in ttaffic, taking my kids home from the dentist. I. Lost. It.
