When I was in Literary Arts we had a thing called Marathoning.

Our Lit class was 2 hours. Marathon days Wed sit down and have 1 hour to write anything. Then we got to share.

Your job was to just write so sometimes itd be rambly as fuck but it was really fun.

I’d hide a lot of fanfiction behind different names when I got stuck. O-o

The worst for me was whenever a teacher be like it’s open write whatever on x!!

Because I almost always got told “you didn’t follow the assignment”

And I’d be like it literally says whatever you want on x...if you didn’t want me to ramble about how I thought the word was funny you should have given me more structure.

Except in my literary arts class. When they said anything they literally meant anything.
