The thing that eats up most of my time is trying to get things symmetrical...
If you use a program my trick for that is to usually copy and flip. >.>

For traditional...I just go for close. Perfect symmetry in the real world is a lie.

Good art takes time;)
I’m so excited. This is a pose/concept I’ve wanted to do for ages but didn’t have the right sort of character.

I do that, and then it just looks creepy....

It really is a skill...sometimes you need to make it not be perfect and it looks better...sometimes I will flip and then tilt a little.

Really the best thing to learn is the rule of thirds. I'm better at it in photography.

ALSO WHOEVER POSTED THAT SONG I NEED IT.

Same, I draw with a mouse which doesn't help. I would use the line tool, but then it's too good
OH YOU DO MOUSE WORK?!
I suggest looking into a vector program (inkscape is free) and once you get past the learning curve you can make some great stuff!! I used to be exclusively mouse artist until a few months ago for anything digital.

And people insist you can't make good art with a mouse. Pssh. You just gotta know what you're doing.

I use FireAlpaca, which works, but I don't know what makes a program good anyways :V

I'm probably better with a mouse. I had a tablet for a short time and it just felt bad.
