Hmm... Dyslexia usually means that your brain learns in a different way than brains of others. As a result typical means of teaching used in schools fail and that's most visible in the ability to read. Hence the name. And it makes it much harder later, because of impaired reading.

Actually, if a proper care is taken about dyslexia, then there're no or little problems with reading. I knew a guy is dyslectic, took final language exam as everyone else and had a very good score.

I had to make 2 grades again, and I was so chaotic and bad in elementary school but look at me I'm going to study.
