Orlando has so many two story houses though! lol
You just have to go into the Upper-Middle Class(and above) areas.
Cause they're expensive in Florida..Hurricanes and sinkholes. >_<

Yes I know. It's just that so many places are lower class so there's a lot of one storied houses.

Yeah....
The building of a two story in Florida is super expensive, and the insurance for it is also really expensive.

Most of our two story houses are in retirement communities.
Like where I work, The Villages, has two story homes under the name "Premier Homes" and starting price is $375k =/

Oh it was a long time ago and we still however are ok with going as we have family there

Well, if you can, the next time you visit try going to one of the springs instead of the beach. =]
The springs are always 71 degrees, and are inside parks with a lot of shade. Water is super clean and crystal clear.
So much better than getting burned at the beach.
