When those around us keep abusing & demeaning us down into our psyche, it creates a black hole in the core of who we are. I've seen the bottom of that void, and I know exactly how hard it is to pull yourself back thru that black hole.
Being able to cut the ties to the toxicity in your life is one of the best things you can ever do for yourself. It will completely change your life.

Death is a harsh reality that has touched all of us. It sucks, and is always difficult.
And time moves on, and instead of mourning their death, we eventually learn to feel glad for just having the opportunity to have known them. Even if it was just a short time.
