Below that is Below Average: Species with less impressive horns or tusks. Vampire Deer, Cows, Rinos, Elephants... etc.
Beneath that is the Hornless. They are too be pitied, but tolerated.

And in the dust are the hornless nazis and blood traitors.
Those who refuse to accept our Benevolent Rule, and must be exterminated with extreme prejudice.
