Oh wow you’re preaching to the choir as someone whos been through two colleges (attended three) on top of all their others: if it’s college you really should have done that sooner actually and even so the next term isn’t far out. I missed my shot to get into a masters program this year, and I slept through a class to get substitute teaching certification. So now I just have to wait a few months and try again. It’s not a big deal.

If it was high school or lower, that was your dads responsibility. Not yours. Considering I know you’re a minor—this is not your fault. You’re not responsible for that until college actually.

He makes six figures.

I have two degrees and am unemployed trying to scrape my half of the bills together with art commissions. I have two days to come up with about $100 or I start falling behind. And sure I panic privately sometimes but I avoid bothering people in a game thread as much as possible.

So when your problems can be solved with a simple reschedule phone call instead of wondering if you can make your bills, then you can come chat.
