The win should be a cup, made of pure gold, with a 25% remaining saturation of magical energy from when I conjured it's current form. (The other 75% has likely left the win, as such things happen over time unless placed into an enchantment.)
That form took about 20 units of magic energy to conjure, with ten units left over from the spell used to convert the other ten units into Gold atoms. Therefore, there should be 2.5 units of energy remaining within the cup. Well within the safe limit of consumption recommended by the International Bureau of Magic Sciences.

I shall now illuminate you on the nature of Magical Energy.
There are two parts of our world: the Law, and the Form. The Law dictates the way the form behaves. The Form is the physical existence of everything- both energy and matter. Magical energy exists within both, making up the Form and writing the Law. When used in magic, it transcends what can currently be observed by mundane science, and seems to ignore the laws that seem to be nonmagically sound.
When it comes to us mortals, we seem to be similar to Magical Energy. Part of us is a physical body, but the other part is a mass of self-multiplying Magical Energy that occupies the same space. Usually, this energy is used up in day to day activities, or released gradually, but if too much magical energy is added, then it behaves similarly to radiation (cancer), or even sometimes like poison, if its dense enough.
