Oh...well it's not bad though they can be unpredictable. I take one to work from Baltimore to the DC area...so about 50 mins. The plus is you can read or bring coffee and a snack while waking up and claiming the win! Usually they run more on time. And there's scenery...runs through a marshy area so one sometimes sees deer, egrets, and even foxes : )

Totally wanna go on a cross country train, and that just makes me wanna do it more!
Though, I can’t imagine not driving to work.

Ah...traffic between here and DC is unreal! That and I have some vision issues (long story) so no driving sadly....but a cross country train sounds fun. I plan to take the train down to Savannah, Georgia sometime...looks like a quaint historical place.

Maybe I'll make Interrail. With that ticket you can travel through whole Europe with the train.

I can imagine the traffic being bad.
Savannah is amazing, and so pretty. It’s a nice area, I was just there for photography.
