Best way to put it...
Suddenly everything in your body is screaming to run.
You feel hot. Your chest is tight. You're sucking in deep breathe, but feel like you're not getting any air.
It's like a car's alarm is malfuctioninging.

Atleast, that's how they usually are for me.
Some people experience them different.

I'm prescribed two 25mg a day of Citalopram(Celexa).
A lower double dose really helps keep a constant level.
I get 1 Lexepro (think it's spelled like that) every morning and if it gets bad I take Zannax (which I haven't taken yet as it'll cause withdraw after taking it).

Mine's more like PTSD for me but with a big ball of anxiety instead.
 
You guys have anxiety too?

I can’t tell what kind mine is, but some sounds, and environments can trigger mine
