Don't know. But they do mix stuff a lot here and create names; for instance, Mojo Jojo (Macaco Loko in the Portuguese version of Powerpuff Girls) is made of banana and guava. Celestial Snow is... Vanilla with something "minty" I can't recall.

Some traditional northeastern brazilian recipes also shave their own ice creams. Tapioca ice cream - tapioca itself is made out cassava and forms this white dough:
