Don't Touch The Effing Cacti or Fungi!
To be able to safely state, "Yeah thats edible" you have to specialize in that area. Like I had said, I know what to do in a hurricane...But earthquake? Nope! Not my field. lol

Realistically, you stuck you and I both in the wilderness, you'd probably survive longer than I would. My knowledge is limited to...mostly how to get water. lol

I don't know hiw to get clean water besides putting a very small amount of bleach in it (yes it's edible and won't kill you) and boiling it doesn't get rid of all the bacteria.

With a bow and stick but it's very hard to get it to work.

I don't know how to make a bow or make a shelter either all I know is a shelter just needs a roof to be good and doesn't even need walls.

We all have different sets of knowledge. For me, I don't enjoy survival/camping setting. I get the bare minimum knowledge(though apparently some of it was incorrect..), because I don't intend to ever do anything with it.
If it's something you like, do things with it. ^-^

I hate always getting eaten alive by bugs, setting everything up and the weather. It's all annoying!

For my it's the bugs mostly. Like I can't stand being constantly being bitten, and having things crawl on me! And then I also have an allergy ticks and take forever to heal. >_>
Certain countries in the world, don't have the bug issue!(it's weird, but wonderful)

I've had to hike in the pouring down rain amd live whole days of nothing but rain and mud. Plus the longer you camp the more you miss at home bathrooms as well.
