A kind of driving mist, here. Foggy. I think we'll miss most of it; though it's been a very wet week, all week, and looks like more to follow.

Hope things are OK, farther down south there. That reminds me: I was thinking of taking the train down to Savannah, GA sometime in the future. Since my vision has issues, and I can't drive, it's one place I could hop the train to, pretty easy. Looks very quaint and historical.

I have friends in SC, and I’m worried to death.
It’s so weird, Irma a Cat 5 Hurricane was barreling towards Florida, and I was just like “Eh...” but when it’s safety of others that I’m concerned over, I don’t handle it well.

Savannah is great! I was there recently for a photography trip. Very pretty, lots to do, and peaceful.

Sounds fun! If I'm down that way, I'll give a holller. Looks a bit like a mini-New Orleans, in ways.

Edit: Oh, and I have to see the swamps/marshes!
