These look amazing. I made a very minimalistic drawing (basicaly a stickman with the main features of my character) and it took me almost 2 hours, if I had to draw something like yours I would need 5 years... for a single character. I would love to learn how to draw, but I have the big problem that most people have, the lack of time. But after I finish studying I will probably try to find a good place to take drawing classes.

Just practice when you can, even a few minutes. Also don't force it. I sometimes go long periods where I don't do anything.
