My weather guy here was on the train for it to be a cat4. then I showed him the continental shelf and water temps. then he was saw the effect of the outer banks and agreed Wilmington and the banks take the hits

It's going to take the i-95 corridor North. the Appalachians and Piedmont will kill it quick. Still flooding, but not as bad as people say. the news we have on AFN is trying to hype it with the reactors, but those are built for cat4 to mid 5

Being in the western USA, I’ve never experienced a hurricane, but flooding is scary, hope you all stay safe

Yeah, poor Wilmington. 60 foot deep channels for 500k gallons. marine corps base, two air force bases, army base, three navy bases. last threat hurricane was Hugo in the 90s
