On Amazon they call it "cereal flour". At least the "flour" part looks right when you think it's made off wheat and the English translation I could find for "farinha" points to it. Also this is how it looks without milk.

Besides the milky cereal they also have various other types of recipe from what I can figure... ranging from lil' sweeties to... cakes.
